Revit License "stuck" on laptop

We have an end user who saved his local Revit file back to central, then took his laptop to a presentation and opened the local file for the client. The license now appears to be "stuck" on his laptop. No one else can access that license of Revit except for the laptop user. How can I release that last license?

Thanks,
Jim

Stop and restart your LMTOOLS license server.

It can be a hassle though. Not everyone got the same level of success with
this. If the time to release is not long then obviously letting it expire by
itself is another option.
