Revit Architecture 2011 Install Issue: Unable to complete installation

I am trying to install Revit Architecture 2011, and I am getting an error.

C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\_AI1D9.temp\setup.exe/s C:/revit \ /secondRun /language en-us

and installation fail i copy all the material on mail drive C and this is my admin account please tell me what shoul i do now.

I would suggest cleaning out your temp directory. Within windows explorer, type %temp% in the address bar and hit enter. Once there, select everything than hit delete.
