Revit 2015 Install Fail

I am trying to install Revit 2015 onto my Windows 8 computer. The two photos below show the errors I am recieving which is not allowng Revit t install. I am unsure what the errors mean or how to fix them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I found a few other posts related to the anchor service error and in most cases, the solution was to disable UAC (User Access Control) in Windows.  You may also want to make sure that you have disabled any anti-virus software, which can adversely impact some installations.
