Installed the Revit Online Trial. Everytime I attempt to load the program I get the following message:
Can't run application: all application servers are busy. Please check back later.
I understand it's an online version hosted on an autodesk server, but so far I have not gotten through to actually test and begin my trial of Revit.
What are my options?

Wanted to follow up on this one and see if you were able to access the online trial?
One potential cause is that your local or corporate firewall or other filter is blocking our servers. Can you ensure that port 2589 is open and that you're able to reach servers on the http://amazonaws.com, http://autodesk.com, and http://akamaitechnologies.com sub-domains?
