Revit 2013 Installation hangs - "Comminication Error" message pops up

tried to install Revit 2013 but hangs. when i cancelled and tried again i get "Comminication Error" message which then aborts the install. PLEASE HELP!

I am not a computer savvy person and have no idea what to do...

Hello Rey3Arch:

Please re-download the Revit 2013 installation file as follows:

Lets try to use our new virtual agent called Matthew as follows:

1.       Go to http://www.autodesk.com

2.       Click on Contact Us (lower right hand corner)

3.       Click on Customer Service 

4.       Click on Virtual Agent 

5.       Once the Virtual Agent opens: 

Select the 5th Choice "Downloading and Installation"
Now select 1st choice "Software Download links"
Now select the 3rd choice "I need to re-download my product"
Select your product

You are now presented with the choice to download your software. 

Let me know if the above steps helps to overcome the Communication error message.
