Revit 2013 Error: 1: 5 2: adlmPITSetProductInformation failed

I'm trying to upgrade to 2013 Revit but keep geting this message;

Error: 1: 5 2: adlmPITSetProductInformation failed

I've removed all Auto Desk files from my computer, but still can't get package to install. I've never had this problem before with upgrades, can anyone help?

You might have to delete the ProductInformation.pit file.

Hello,

For this error try deleting the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ADLM folder. Also veridy that the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk folder has security permissions set.
