Revit 2013 Custom Content

In our installation, we want to also point to where we have our in house Revit component library. In 2011 this was very straightforward, but in 2013 the configurable folders area doesn't seem to have the option to add extra paths in. I've tried the appand button but this doesn't do anything? And the additional files looks like it's for adding extra files to the deployment not pointing to existing paths.

Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Matt.
