Revit 2012 will install, but does not function

I am receiving the following error with recently installed Revit 2012: An error has occurred while drawing the contents of this window. This window shall be closed.

We are unable to open a new project / existing project /or family. The error only occurred in one instance of installation, the second computer received the program with no error.
