Revit 2012 installation error messages

I am attempting student download and keep getting the folllowing 2  error messages on final installation. (I am running Windows 7 Home Premium - 64bit). Any ideas?

Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is a prerequisite to your product.  Download and install it from here and then reinstall your Autodesk product.

I tried to download the .net framework 4 download an error message came up.Capture 3.PNG

 

 

This is the log file, i tried rebooting, shutting down, and checked the security settings but nothing worked.

I'm logged in as administrator with full rights.
