Revit 2011 License Transfer Problem

I installed a stand alone copy on a workstation and a demo copy on laptop (only one valid license). I thought the license transfer utility would allow me to pass license between the two computers. I exported from workstation and transferred to the laptop. But when I tried to export it back to workstation, the utility complained one license can only be exported once. So the license is now stuck on the laptop.

How can I transfer the license back to my workstation?

Thanks in advance,

Jason

Seems like you have re-activate the product in the laptop instead of importing.

please use LTU before using the revit to make sure there are no exported license online. else revit will force a re-activation.

try to use LTU on the workstation to import the license. if it doesnt work. please use one of the manual method to the activate it again (or to reset the export)
