Installation & Licensing

Please help.  I have successfully downloaded and installed 3 other programs is the past, so I know how it works. This time however, actually back in June & July, I needed both the 3ds Max and the Civil 3D- I was hospitalized and could not return to school for that quarter @ ITT in Charlotte and I never completed the dwnload or installation BUT it is showing in my profile that I have them and I DO NOT.  How can I start fresh and actually get them. I am still under Doctors' care so please be gentle with me. If you can't help me, how can I contact "higher-ups" to resolve this confusion??? Thank you

You should still be able to re-download the software and the EDU serial numbers should still be valid if you not activated it.
