Resetting Password on ARC

My superintendent is attempting to reset his password but keeps getting an "invalid email address" error when entering the email address that was setup. We have two domains, addison.k12.mi.us and addisonschools.org. We have tried both and the addison.k12.mi.us is the one giving the invalid email address error. The other simply says that the email address was not found. I believe this might be due to the fact that the form will not accept email address with multiple dots in the domain. Please advise on how we can fix this issue.

I have attempted using that page but I don't get a chat session. I get
redirected to knowledgebase answers that don't fit my issue. The bottom
line is that the form will not accept email addresses that have multiple
subdomains in the domain. This is problematic for school districts since we
typically have many subs.

I am going to suggest that if your IT team works on Autodesk issues, to create a generic account with a email alias that goes to the entire team.  That way if one of your staff members change, you just need to update the email alias list at your site.
