Hi,
I'm currently unable to do anything with my account on the students.autodesk.com domain. I'm continually presented with a request to re-activate my account by re-sending an activation email. So, I click the link to resend, but am then told that my account is already active, and apparently no activation email is sent.
I'm unable to report the problem using the problem form, since when I click on that link, I'm again asked to re-activate my account, and enter the same loop as above!
Any help fixing this would be very much appreciated.

I have the same problem:/
It says thet my account is not active and if I have'nt got any email they will resend it, and when I write it down, it says that my account is already active, but when I come back to another site, the same problem appears

I created case number 07738238 for you. It seems that there were two registrations made for your email address and the other one has your name as your user ID. I need to have the duplicate account removed and will communicate with you via email.

Hello I'm having the exact same problem.
I can't seem to receive the activation email. I had alredy activated my account a while back and when I changed my password I got that same message t(-_-t).

As a lot of people I am in complete impossibility to activate my account.
I have a new student account.
Since two day I sendt and sent my mail for activate my account.I was change my code access.
I was try to use a free trial version of autodesk maya.Normally in autodesk maya website it's possible to use a free trial version during 30 day.With me, it's completely impossible;Autodesk ask me my activation code.
And.... I was contact by personal mail sombody of autodesk.No answer.
They are somebody for help me?????
