Requesting Physical Media for upgrading 2013 to 2014 Education Master Suite
I'm having the most difficult time requesting physical media!!! I have my 2014 SN's for the Education Master Suite and have been trying to request a box shipment of physical media for 2 months now. I have to have the physical media due to our downloading and internet security policies.
I've found the page in the subscription center to request media, but the page has an error that will not let me put in the request. HELP!!!!!
