Request code

I downloaded AutoCad 2 weeks ago and now I am trying to put my student activation code in and it is asking me for a request code that I cannot find. How do I go back and find the request code?  Thank you for your help.

Your computer should create it for you.
1. Start Program
2. Click Activate and follow the on-screen instructions.

but when I click on activate than

i have a white screen.

I was able to get the program going thanks for all the help
