Request code changed, Causing Activation problem

I have autodesk 2006 that I purcahsed years ago. My computer crashed and I need to download the software on my new computer to access client files. I have installed the program on my new computer but I can not get it to activate and am running out of days to use the product. The serial number is the same of course, but the request code is different, so my activation code does not work. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Ask Autodesk for a new activation code.
