Request Code :Please Help!

Hey so I just recently got maya 2011. Now when I am going through the activation process it is a mess.

So i start up the program and it comes up with a big activation window with 'try' and 'activate' 

so i click activate and another window called autodesk licensing pops up. But i don't believe that the window has loaded properly because there is not text and just 2 clickable circles in the top left.
