Remote users cannot get networked Autocad 2013 licenses

Users at our Cleveland and Derry NH offices were able to run Autocad for months, up until Tuesday morning.  I confirmed that users here in Everettt WA can still get licenses without a problem.  The environment variable is still set the same fully qualified server domain name as before.  I finally got IT to enable me to stop their local Windows Firewall, but it had no effect.

Could just be latency.  Have you use the FLEXLM_TIMEOUT variable to increase the polling time from the clients?
