Reinstalling AutoCAD

I purchased AutoCAD LT 2010 last month on the 10th. My computer crashed last week and I need to reinstall it. But now I cannot find a link to re-download it. Is there any chance I can get a license for the 2011 version (without paying more) since it is $300 cheaper than the 2010 version I just bought. I contacted someone yesterday at Autodesk who sent me a link to a redownload site but the link was invalid. Help!!

You can just order a lost media kit from your reseller. They will provide you physical media for a low fee.

Hi,

If you are under subscription you normally can have the LT 2011 without paying more.
To go to Subscription here is the link :
http://subscription.autodesk.com/sp/servlet/public/index?siteID=11564774&id=11607975

If you have problem you can download the trial which are the same as the commercial :
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/index?siteID=123112&id=13706332&r=1
Then you put your serial number and the product ID.

I did not buy it from a reseller. I downloaded directly off the Autodesk website. I cannot find a phone number or a live person to discuss this with.

Not sure if I am under subscription or not. And I could not get your first link to work.

That's why you purchase from a Value-Added Reseller. You can still do this from a reseller, even though you bought and downloaded from Autodesk.

Try this one
http://subscription.autodesk.com/sp/servlet/public/index?siteID=11564774&id=11607975
You'll have to type it in mannually. The NG isn't inserting them correctly.

I am not under subscription so I just need to redownload 2010 LT. Can you help with that?
