Reinstalled Inventor, Will not connect to Internet

Due to a hard drive issue, I rebooted my computer and reinstalled inventor ultimate suite. Now I does not recognise an internet connection through the programme, eco materials advisor will not connect and there is no optimisation feature.  I have had a similar problem in the past and beleive it may be down to one of the config files settings.

Please Help!
