Hello,

I have Autocad LT 2012 installed on my laptop. It was originally 2009 which I upgraded to 2010, 2011 and finally 2012. So the disc I have from the 2012 version is an upgrade disc.

Right now I need to remove the Autocad LT 2012 from my laptop and reinstall it on a different pc. 

Can I use the upgrade disc for this?

Yes, you can use the upgrade DVD to re-install AutoCAD LT 2012 on your other PC. Although the serial number is an 'Upgrade', the media contains the full product.
