Register and activate Maya 2009

Hi,  I'm attempting to register and activate a copy of Maya '09 that was purchased for me 2+ yrs. ago.  I keep getting the same error message, that I'm entering an incorrect serial number.  Suggestions?  Thank you, Paul

Hi Paul,

Your 2009 license was actually upgraded several times to 2012 per a subscription contract that has since expired.

With that being said, as non of the other version have been activated you're still entitled to use the 2009, however this would require a manually generated activation code. I see that you already have a support case open, however I would also be able to assist you with the activation as long as you send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and the "Send this user a private message") with your product request code.

Alternatively, you can utilize the 2012 license which in the process of doing so would forfeit all future rights to the previous version. I'll send you a Private Message with the current license info and download links shortly.
