Regarding [CaseNo:09423050.] Autocad 2014 crashing

Hi Autocad

We have loaded Autocad 2014 three times now & using the Service Pack 1. After two or three uses the Autocad 2014 program fails to open or start.

Before we uninstall the program a fourth time & re-install, we wandered if you have any sound advice?

OS X 10.9.2

1. Unisntall AutoCAD

2. Uninstall the files/folder noted in post.

3. Install AutoCAD, Run and activate it again.

4. Add exception in Time Machine.

Thank you for you help, much appreciated.

I am back in the office on Friday & willing to try the reset standalone licensing option first before unistalling again.

Please could I report to you in about three weeks time, this is approx. the length of time the fault takes to re-accrue the past two times.

Hoping this resolves this little fault. Could I inquire, how do we provent this from acurring in the future on Autocad 2014 for Mac. Autocad 2013 is stable on standalone machine?
