Refresh licensing

We have AutoCAD network licensing. The problem is when a user take a AutoCAD license and then close it, the flex still shows this user like in use for more days, this situation produces the virtual use of license (no real). What is the origin about this situation? Thanks.

Not sure about the reason for it but a resolution is to use TIMEOUT or
TIMEOUTALL

Check to make sure that AutoCAD exits cleanly. Make sure there is not a hanging acad.exe process in your Task Manager.

Alternately, you should create an adskflex.opt options file with a TIMEOUTALL option so that idle licenses are returned to the server.
