Redundant Server not working (error)

AutoCAD 2004
License Server v9.2

We are attempting to switch our license server for our autocad 2004 over
to a redundant server setup. I have already received my license string
from autodesk, and are able to get all three servers up and running to
where the status on all three servers shows me that all three servers
are up. At this time I am able to get a license from the client.

When we take down the Master server to test the redundancy the status
gives me this message below and clients can not get a license.

When we take down just the second server in line we get message below
