Reactive AutoCAD 2013 not working

Hello,

We have 4 subscription of AutoCAD 2013.

We have forgot to deactive product before format. And now we can't activate autocad 2013.

Please help.

Hi Batzorig,

Using your email address I was able to pull up an Active Contract with 5 seats of Autodesk AutoCAD 2015 with Nicki Ho as the Contract Mananger. As you do have an Active Contract you are allowed to use up to 3 Previous Versions back (2012, 2013, 2014) however, Nicki needs to request for it via Subscription Center.
