Reactivation Limit Reached for 3Ds MAX 2010

I have had my 3Ds Max for a year.  It is now asking me to reactivate my copy. I have tried at least 3 times and it keeps giving me a different request code so the activation code wont work when I try to activate it.  I got 3Ds MAX  from my school .. who can I cantact for help with this I only have 3 days left to activate it?  I have also been given 3 different numbers to call and no one can help?
