I would like to know if it is possible to generate a new Server Code, obtain the corresponding authorisation code, authorise the new licence, BEFORE your current (and TEMPORARY) multi user licence expires.
Our college has recently upgraded to ACAD 2K from Rel 14. The term of our licence is tied to our Learning and Partnership agreement with Autodesk (Australia) and is renewed on a 12 monthly basis.
Our current ACAD 2K licence expires on 1 Aug 00. We have just renewed our Learning & Partnership agreement and been given the go ahead to seek a new 12 month multiuser licence.
Can I have the old ACAD 2K licence and the new licence running at the same time.
I am interested in a smooth transition and no down time.
