Re-installing AutoCad Civil 3D

I have a subscription for Civil 3D. Installed version 2012 through the subscription.  I need to reinstall autocad due to problems with the software. I have the serial number but not the product key.  How do i get the product key? do I need to remove Civil 3D before I reinstall it.?

I logged onto the subscription site  and followed the instructions but I could not find a admistration tab as described in the article.

My apologies for the inconvenience. Upon checking our record, it seems that your access to Subscription Center is set to end user. As such, you will not have access to Contract Administration button. What I would suggest is that you contact your Contract Manager and he will be able to provide you the serial number and product key. I will send you a private message.
