Re instal Autodesk SketchBook Pro 2010 issue

Hi there,
My computer recently had to be wiped and since i had no back up everything was lost, including my copy of Sketchbook Pro, i have been scouring the website for about two hours now and can find no way to reinstall the product. Could you please show me the necessary steps to get Sketchbook pro re installed. Many thanks

I am uploading the Sketchbook Pro 2010 Installation and Setup guide in .pdf format along with this message. If you need media your reseller can help you acquire replacement media.

thanks for this manged to get it reinstalled. The only problem now i have now is that i don't have my old serial number. IS there somewhere i can request it? Or have it re sent to me?

If you are on subscription you can log in the Subscription portal and find your serial numbers in the coverage report or your contract administrator will have it on record. Otherwise your reseller should have it on record for you. It is also attached to your media; yellow portion of the white sticker on the back of the media case. There are many other places but these should lead you and most customers who might read this thread to it or someone who has it.
