Hi douglas,

I wanna to change deny to allow acccording to your previous post, but when I enter the file the change was already there and I can't install Vault server anyway.

Any idea please

There are lots of specifics that could account for this error. Can you please upload the specific error messages to get? Each has its own resolution.

I will sent my error message after I will reboot my server today, because I try to install Vault and it need a reboot. Also The error message is in french, I will translate it for you.

Having the same issues trying to install vault collaboration server which I gave up on now trying to reinstall vault server Professional.  Errors when it gets to installing the english language pack.  Here's what my dialog box says:

Have already tried the Allow/Deny thing which was already set to Allow.

Hi mcadae,

What I did is that I install Vault 2011 on another PC instead on our server and it work. No problem at all during the installion. 

I tried to install it on our server 2008 standard without success. So until Autodesk found a real solution about this problem, it will stay on that PC.
