I download and did the stand alone option and the activation went fine but everytime i open i get this message and dont know how to fix it. Can anyone please help me?

"Unable to obtain a network license. No connection to the network license server could be established. Contact your license adminisitrator concerning the license outage."

Hello Brandy!

This could be caused by an issue with your registry / licensing files. Can you please try uninstalling the software, run Microsoft Fix-it, and then reinstall as a standalone to see if it resolves the problem?

Looking through additional forum threads, it looks like other users with the same issue resorted to a Windows repair / reinstallation.
