REVIT 2012 NEVER ENDING INSTALLATION!!!

Hello, i  downloaded Revit 2012 from your website, i started to install it but the process never ends! i tried several times and it stops always at: "installing Revit, process 2 of 6" without saing anything! i left it working for 3 hours and nothing changed. My computer is brand new and mounts a 64-bit windows 7.

I need your help!

Below some question to help you for this installation:

Are you installing a trial version? Have you checked your firewall / antivirus setting? Do you have the administrative rights on your account?

I turned off my firewall and then finally my trial version worked! ...thanks a lot Celine!!!
