RCVD: A License error has occurred.

Contact your technical support representative for assistance.  To help determine the nature of the problem, the error code is:  -157.424.0

serial number:  xxx-xxxxxxxx

product code:  001d1

This user was moved from a Winxp system to a Win7 system and required re-installation.

Did you install Windows 7 fresh and install the Autodesk product fresh?  The -157 is a damaged license error and requires complete repair. Probably need to blow away all the licensing files, if they exist, and then reactivate.

Understood.  Sorry about the serial number and product code - will be more careful next time.

I installed/reimaged system, installed Autocad from scratch.  I did do the easy transfer though.  Don’t know if that kinda screwed it up.  Where are the license files I may have to kill?

%programdata%\flexnet

Delete the adsk*.data files.
