Hi,
We have ADLM running on a NT4 server and all our R14 licenses runs fine on
NT4 workststions. Now when i try R14 on Windows2000 workstation i get Fatal
error, network license not responding. I have seen that there is a patch
from Autodesk-download but that's only for version 14.01 and mine is
original R14.0 and there is no adesksys.dll file on that version.
Also, how can i fix the problem with not beeing able to start Autocad on W2K
as a standard user beqause of not enough rights.

Please help
Thanks

Hello,

You will need to upgrade to 14.01 to fix the license manager problem. It's
free. As far as rights on the Windows 2000 Server or Workstation. Microsoft
changed this around and locked down the rights. So you will need to give more
rights than you did with NT. If you poke around in the W2K Network help files
it talks all about this and what rights need to change.

Take care.
