Properties Dialogue Box is not working

I am working in a Network NT 4.0 sp5 setting. I've created client and
network deployments. Desktops that are old and have smaller hard drives, get
the network deployed. Our newer desktops get the client deploys. The older
desktops have had R13, R14, R2 and now R2i installed. On several of these
older machines, I have deployed, Land Desktop r2i and Architectural Desktop
r2i for those individuals who use both products. It is desktops with this
profile that the properties dialogue box is not responding. You can select
any entities, and it will not respond, says no items are selected. When you
do the quick select the apply to and operator pull downs will appear but the
object time, properties and value pull downs are not there. For the older
desktops that do not have architectural desktop installed the properties
dialogue box works normally. For the newer desktops that have Land r2i,
Archr2i, and Arch3 installed with the client deploy, their properties
dialogue box is also working normally. I'm not sure if the network deploy
lddr2i and archr2i have problems, although I receive no errors, or if it is
due to some residual settings in the registry from products that would not
uninstall properly. When I installed on the older machines, and products
would not correctly un-install, I cleaned the AutoDesk folder from the
current machine and the current user, before the install of the 2i products.
Any suggestions on how to get this resolved? Thanks for your response.

Sounds like you need the object properties manager update patch. You can
download this off the autodesk dwonload site. We had the same problem only
with r2ki.
