Reinstalling Autocad 2011 on a new computer - was given a product code that the activation program won't accept. How do I get a valid code? And FYI - if you tell me to reply in private by clicking on the envelope next to my name - there is never an envelope.

I checked our record and there are no serial number associated to your email address. What is the serial number you are using? Please do not post it here. I will send you a private message and you shall see the envelope as per screen shot.
