Product Key

I have the serial # for the downloaded autocad for Mac 2011, but no product key. Where do I find that?

Normally it will be 001C1.

This does not work. I cut and pasted to no avail. S/N# was on the purchase email response. I would have expected the key to shown there as well.

Strange !

"001C1" is the product key for AutoCAD 2011.

Can you take a screenshot of the message after you enter the product key ?
