I'm a subscription customer and therefore can upgrade Autocad 2012 LT to Autocad 2013 LT (at least I think). I have downloaded it and hit install, but after I agree to terms...and then enter in my serial number (which is verified with a green check) I enter my product key and all I get is a red X.
Nevermind - I figured it out. I had to get the new serial number and product key through the person that subscribed our company's software under the subscription center.
