When I try to download the Product Design Suite 2013 I keep getting a "Set up Initialization Failure"...

 I've tried everything but it won't load.  I've loaded Inventor and Inventor LT without any problems.

Can anyone help?

Hi Steve,

What download method were you utilizing? As this is typically seen with Install Now (and assuming that's what you used), have you tried one of the other options (Download Now or Browser Download)?

I used the download manager from Autodesk. I'm not sure if that answered your question. Steve J

That sure does Steve. Where were you downloading from? I'd suggest using Browser Download as a workaround. Please let me know /  send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") if that option is not available to you and I'd gladly provide the relevant download links.
