Processing Error (400) when trying to activate product

Hello

 

I am trying to activate Maya 2011 64-bit but I recieve this error:

"Your online activation request has returned an error (400) which is not allowing your request to be processed using our automated systems."

 

And when I try to enter the code that came in the product registration email I recieve this error:
"Registration-Activation Error (0015.111)"

 

I'm using a student license.

 

Can someone please help me to activate it manually?

I am still having this problem. I even have the activation code but whenever I enter it I still just get the processing error. My computer is obviously having a hard time connecting to the autodesk servers for some reason. There has to be an admin that can help me! I have filled out three forms for assistance and no one is getting back to me. HELP
