Problems with new client

We are running a Novell network with FLEXlm installed on a Windows 2000
system. We recently upgraded our Netware client from 4.8 to 4.83. Our
Civil department is no longer able to create a surface using Civil Design 3.
If we put 4.8 back on everything works fine. All of the system settings are
the same.

Hi Dave,

From what I have seen, 4.83 has all sorts of weird issues. Some people
have reported that the latest "Critical Update" from Novell has helped, but
not for all problems:
