Problems with licence transfer utility for 2010 3d map

Hey im swapping out computers and trying to transfer the licesence from the old computer to the new but when i go to click on licsence transfer utility it will not even open nothing comes onto the screen and when i look under the processes tab on the task manager the image name will show up then crash. ive transfered the other licsences on other machine for autocad and havnt had a problem im not sure if theres another way to go about transfering of the licsence or how to even just get licence transfer unility to open

The license transfer utility works slightly less than never.  You should be able to just reactivate your product.  If you are out of activations, call Autodesk Activations and they will give you a new activation code.

You will need your serial number and request code.
