Problems with download manager

Hi!
Ive dl'd the DLM by click on the "Download Now" button after i choose the software i need(AutoCAD), installation done, but the product download didn't start.. i've also tried it with chrome, IE, firefox, but get the same problem.  about 3 months ago, my download was perfect. what should be wrong right now?
(my OS: Win7 Ultimate x64)
Pls help if you have time.

Hello Andrew and welcome to the Discussion Forums!

 

Sorry that you have had so much trouble with your product download. There could be many issues related to your "Download Now" issue including security and internet settings.

 

You could try closing all other applications and browsers while downloading as well as disarming any firewalls or antivirus software before launching the download. Clearing out your cookies and cache may also help.

 

You could also try using the "Browser Download" option when downloading. This is a better option for larger file downloads.
