Problems with Download

Hi,

First of all I would like to say sorry if I am creating a topic in the wrong forum, but I have a problem with downloading the Autocad 2015.

I have the student license and don't know if it matters. When I try to download the "brazilian-portuguese" version, a message appears showing that the File is not found. OK, after this I try to download the "English" version, and the following msg appears to me:

(after this msg appears, I can't try to download again until restar the computer. I tried on 3 different computers and the same happens.)

Please, someone could help me ?

It looks like you are trying to install over the internet. Instead completely download the file to a hard drive then start the installation.

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
