Problems with Autodesk Revit 2013 Registration

I'm tring to activate my student version of Revit 2013. When I go through the process it comes up with an error message 'The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again.'. I have noticed that I was issued with the same serial number as the AutoCAD program. I've tried resolving it through a few avenues but with no with luck. Any ideas/suggestion??
