Problems using Autocad 2013

Hi, i've just installed autocad 2013 64bit on my 64bit acer with windows 7...everything was fine during the installation but when i open the program it's impossible to click on the icons because the crash and the side scroll bar is missing!

1. Try to reset AutoCAD.

Thank you..i cleaned the registry but in the hardware cerifications for Autodesk how can i know my system manufacturer?..i have an acer aspire 5742G with windows 7 home premium 64-bit
