Problems installing Revit Architecture 2012 and Revit Structure 2012

After putting in the serial number and product key. the Revit screen indicates that the files were not successfully installed.

 

Really need the programes installing to prepare for an academic competition.

Post the contents of your installation log file that appears on that install failed screen.  It will give you the reason for the failure.
