Problems installing Revit Architecture 2012 30 day trial

After downloading trial version, and proceeding with install, on the "installation progress" page, it keeps freezing on step 4 of 7 remaining. The "installing" bar at the top is about 90% finished, then stops moving completely. Gave it plenty of time and 3 attempts.. not sure what to do. Using a dell T3500 with windows 7.

Can you turn off UAC before installing it?

Thanks for the reply. It seems like I don't have an "on/off" switch for UAC. I did find 4 options referring to when I would like to be notified about changes to the cpu.. and it was already on the lowest setting.  (see attached)
