Problemas con el Product Key luego de reinstalar

Hola, la semana pasada me surgió un problema con el Plant, el cual me impedía utilizar una de las funciones y se producía un "fatal error", por lo cual opté por reinstalar el programa, mi actual problema surge que al iniciar el programa me pide que lo active, y al ingresar el Serial NO y el Product Key me dice que "The product key entered is not valid. Verify and re-enter it.", COMO SOLUCIONO EL PROBLEMA??
